Tim B. Flora, President & Certified / Licensed Polygraph Examiner - has over 35 years of experience in law enforcement, private investigations, and security. Mr. Flora has worked in federal law enforcement, and as an investigator, polygraph examiner, and supervisor with local law enforcement. Mr. Flora holds a Master of Arts degree in Legal Studies from Webster University, a Bachelor of Science degree in Management, and a two year certificate in Criminal Justice. Mr. Flora is a graduate of the Academy of Polygraph Science, and he has also received training from such entities as the Greater St. Louis Police Academy, Federal Bureau of Investigation, U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration, U.S. Secret Service, and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms. 
Henry P. Rush III, Director of Operations - Chicago Division has extensive experience spanning over 30 years in military, law enforcement and civilian investigations / secuity. Mr. Rush has served in varied capacities to include; police detective investigating covert organized crime and gangs, private investigative and security agency manager, executive protection detail leader, and field training officer. As an Illinois State certified instructor and graduate of several law enforcement disciplines, Mr. Rush is a strong advocate of consistent reality based training and ongoing continuing education.
Mark Brenzinger, Psy.D. - Director of Threat Management is a Licensed Clinical and Forensic Psychologist. He specializes in assessing and managing violence and sexual risk. Dr. Brenzinger has a unique professional background. He has conducted hundreds of direct (in-person) violence risk and indirect (remote) threat assessments with adult and adolescent male and female clients and he has consulted on over 1000 threat cases. He has conducted fitness for duty assessments for public safety personnel, impaired professionals, and corporate clients. He provides screening, analysis, assessment, and case management for all forms of inappropriate and threatening correspondence received from either identified or anonymous person(s) or groups of interest. He regularly provides consultation and assessment services to the private sector. He assists corporations and their Threat Management Teams in identifying, assessing, managing, and monitoring potential and actual threats to the organization, its personnel and their families. Additionally, he delivers advanced training to Threat Management and Executive Protection Teams to mitigate the risk to their clients. He has extensive experience conducting forensic and clinical psychological assessments. He specializes in Psychosexual / Sex Offender Risk Assessments with male and female adults and adolescents. He has conducted over 600 assessments to date and provides expert court testimony. He has extensive experience working at juvenile detention centers and adult jails and correctional facilities with both males and females. He has worked with private security and investigation agencies as a Senior Investigator and as Director of Threat Management. He is a Member of the Chicago Chapter of the Association of Threat Assessment Professionals; a Member of the Chicago Chapter of ASIS International; a Board Member of the Cook County Sex Offender Management Board, a Clinical Member of the Association for the Treatment of Sexual Abusers, and he is an Approved Provider for Psychological Evaluations and Treatment for both Adults and Juveniles by the Illinois Attorney General’s Office - Sex Offender Management Board.
